We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. We will cover all costs associated with returning or replacing these items.

Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Hygiene & exclusions (important for jewelry & clothing)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Worn clothing or items with visible use

Sizing issues
Please refer carefully to our size guide before purchasing. We do not offer free returns for incorrect size selection.

Return process

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Depending on your location and product, returns may be directed to a local warehouse or to our international fulfillment center.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Shipping & delivery
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or high demand.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will investigate or offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be processed and shipped.
